Ultimate Vision Dreamers Foundation (UVDF) is a non-profit 501c3 organization birthed in the heart of West Philadelphia by a West Philadelphian mentor and mentee duo, Rashidah Crystal Cornitcher (Founder/Mentee) & Dr. Crystle Roye-Gill (President/Mentor).

OUR MISSION at UVDF is to empower and inspire youth by providing them with the tools and opportunities to nurture healthy minds, bodies, and spirits. Through innovative programs, like the Vision Resolve Youth Conflict Resolution Program.

UVDF works to equip young people with essential life skills in conflict resolution, emotional well-being, and trauma healing. By fostering positive relationships, building resilience, and promoting peace within communities.

UVDF strives to create a generation of young leaders who can contribute to a more peaceful and harmonious world.

What We Do

Youth Empowerment

UVDF provides young people with the tools, training, and mentorship to develop leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution strategies to become positive agents of change in their communities.
